This work is about the network of relationships between humans, plants and animals and the question of whether this relationship is well balanced. The plant, the animal and the human being are portrayed in fragments, creating what I call ‘radical disconnects’. At the same time, the very nature of the installation makes the structure grow into a unified whole. I see the deliberate arrangement as an image of reconciliation.
