I made the sculpture and painting wolf in 2009. In my work, I make bodies of animals that are portraits of specific subjects. These portraits are of animals that live in captivity.

My work comprises three main themes, the animal, the material, and the location. The material is usually bronze and, at times, aluminum, stainless steel, or fiberglass. The color of the material is the color of the sculpture. My sculptures tie themselves to the landscape and its architecture. By doing so, they take on an expanded field and push people to enter the environment differently.

Overall, the central theme of my work is the encounter between spectators and animals. We all have a connection to animals. So what I do is create this encounter.
